Cabezon's Eye (Scorpaenichthys marmoratus)
After you've triggered twin strobes 6 inches from it's eye, it doesn't move much for a while.

Upon reflection, I think this was a Ling Cod (Ophiodon elongatus), not a Cabezon. Cabezon's tend to be browner and have cirri over the eye.
