Native Plant Patrol

This winter, California State Parks and the Point Lobos Foundation are restoring coastal bluff habitat along the beautiful South Shore Trail. Volunteer with the Native Plant Patrol to join in the fun!

  • The Native Plant Patrol meets every Friday from 9 am to 1 pm to restore Point Lobos State Natural Reserve's unique flora. Activities include weeding, planting, seed collecting and more. Sign up for the Native Plant Patrol email list.

All are welcome, no prior experience is necessary and there will be a job for everyone. Volunteers must RSVP for all events. For more information, please contact Julia Fields, Restoration Ecologist.
