Steffanie brings more than 20 years of private-sector experience in strategy, business development, and marketing to the Point Lobos Foundation, along with a deep commitment to conservation, community service, and the natural world. Prior to joining the Foundation, she focused her work on nonprofit strategy, business consulting, and grant writing within the environmental conservation sector.

Steffanie’s work with the Foundation began as Project Director for ParkIT!, a collaborative initiative focused on improving visitor access, safety, and resource protection at Point Lobos State Natural Reserve. As Executive Director, she works closely with California State Parks and community partners to advance conservation, stewardship, education, and sustainable public access throughout the Carmel Area State Parks.

Steffanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from San Jose State University and has been actively involved in philanthropy and volunteer service throughout her life.
